Meta has announced a significant shift in its content moderation strategy, adopting X's 'Community Notes' system.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, recently announced that will end its third-party data verification program, which had been in place since 2016. This system was implemented with the aim of combating misinformation on its social media platforms, but has been subject to criticism for its lack of effectiveness.
