Twitter publishes the price of Bitcoin

📍‌Elon Musk's social network, Twitter, has added a new feature to the platform that allows users to view the price of Bitcoin. The new feature allows Twitter users to view the price of the most important cryptocurrency on the market in real time.

Users can access the Bitcoin price chart by typing “$BTC” into the search bar. The social media platform automatically displays the price of the cryptocurrency, expressed in US dollars.

The price of Ethereum (ETH) is also available on Twitter thanks to the new feature. At the moment, only these two cryptocurrencies are displayed on the social network, while the price of Dogecoin (DOGE), Elon Musk's favourite cryptocurrency, is not yet available.

It is worth noting that Twitter had added a micropayments feature on the platform, allowing users to send and receive payments with Bitcoin and Ethereum. Bitcoin payments have been active on Twitter since September 2021, while Ethereum payments arrived on the platform in February this year, before Musk's acquisition.
