The Beatles have a new collection of unpublished photos from 57 years ago

A collection of never-before-seen photos of the band The Beatles has been released as NFT tokens.

The management and production agency Globe Entertainment has launched together with the Web3 company OneOf a collection of Unpublished photos of the popular British rock band The Beatles as NFT tokens on the Tezos blockchain.

The photo collection, titled “The Beatles: Vintage Slides,” has shown the world a total of 40 unpublished slides of the band, which were taken in 1966 and had never come to light. The photos were discovered in the RETNA and London Features International archives last year, according to OneOf.

“The Beatles: Vintage Slides” includes the slides as physical memorabilia of the band along with a digital certificate of authenticity, the company said, making its release a unique opportunity for collectors.

Each 2-inch Beatles slide is framed in clear acrylic and incorporates an NFC chip that allows its owners to display a digital certificate of authenticity when scanned.

The Beatles legacy on the blockchain as NFT

Unpublished photos of The Beatles show an intimate image of the band and its members, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. The Beatles are considered one of the most important and influential music bands of all time, which marked a before and after in the music industry with their innovative style of production, recording and artistic presentation.

“The legacy and musical influence of The Beatles continue to permeate culture around the world today and beyond,” noted OneOf.
