La European University y Bit2Me have signed a collaboration agreement to improve students’ knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.

The signing of the agreement between Bit2Me and the European University took place at an event held at the European University of Villaviciosa de Odón, attended by Francisco García Pascual, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication of the European University, and José Luis Cáceres, Chief Brand Officer of Bit2Me.

García Pascual stressed that this agreement is “very interesting for students at the European University to be able to train in blockchain technology and in the technological field”, highlighting that this university has a clear focus that “encourages experiential learning”.

For his part, Cáceres explained that Bit2Me's agreement with the European University shows the company's commitment to bringing "crypto knowledge to the entire society through trusted entities."

Leif Ferreira, CEO of Bit2Me, also stressed that blockchain technology “allows us to eliminate intermediaries and improve traceability, trust and transparency in many operations that are currently neither efficient nor secure, reducing the costs of many private business processes.”

This knowledge will be channeled through Bit2Me Academy, the most comprehensive training portal on cryptocurrencies in Spanish, which has already trained more than four million Spanish-speaking people, allowing those interested to learn for free from anywhere in the world.

This agreement between the European University and Bit2Me includes various training activities such as masterclasses, round tables, learning paths and training challenges. It also includes the development of technological hackathons in which B2M use cases, the Bit2Me token, are promoted so that students can find different solutions in the blockchain technology environment.
