Synteq Digital was born as a result of the strategic merger between SunnySide Digital and Cryptech Solutions, in a move that promises to shake the foundations of the Bitcoin mining and high-performance computing (HPC) industry.
The new company, the result of the merger of two leaders in the technology sector, recently presented itself as an entity that seeks to redefine service and efficiency standards in a rapidly evolving sector such as Bitcoin mining.
According to the statement released, Synteq Digital has become one of the first partners of Bitmain Technologies, the Chinese crypto mining giant and world leader in the production of Bitcoin mining equipment.

Synteq Digital positions itself as a one-stop solutions provider, combining the experience and reputation of its predecessors to offer a set of services unprecedented in scale and sophistication in the field of crypto mining and high-performance computing.
In relation to the above, Joe Stefanelli, president of Synteq Digital, said in an interview with Bitcoin Magazine that the company has become Bitmain's first official distributor for the United States.
«We are the first company that will be a distributor, they call it a hashrate ambassador, for Bitmain», manifested Stefanelli.
The merger of SunnySide Digital and Cryptech Solution to create Synteq Digital represents not only a combination of forces, but also a multiplication of the capabilities of each of these companies. The new company is therefore preparing to offer a wide range of services ranging from the acquisition and sale of GPU/HPC hardware to the supply of Just-In-Time (JIT) parts for data centers.
The services Synteq Digital will provide also include an enterprise fleet upgrade service model that includes cleaning, upgrading and repairing Bitcoin mining hardware.
Through all these services, the company hopes to quickly become the global reference platform for HPC data centers and digital mining, Stefanelli said.
