📍A group of students from the Politecnico di Torino University in Italy are launching an educational project focused on Bitcoin, called BitGeneration. The news was released by Bitcoin Magazine, highlighting that BitGeneration seeks to promote education about Bitcoin and cryptoeconomics in the country's secondary schools.
The project has a web portal where it is detailed that the innovation of blockchain technology and concerns about the privacy and security of Bitcoin are also topics of interest addressed in BitGeneration.
In addition to this, the group of students from the Polytechnic University of Turin has several teams dedicated to web development, the implementation of Bitcoin nodes and the implementation of cryptography algorithms and techniques to deepen knowledge in the blockchain ecosystem.
At the moment, to encourage education about Bitcoin and its potential in Italian schools, the student group at the Politecnico di Torino University is organizing talks, workshops and debates through different media, such as podcasts, live events and more.
