The NGO or educational project focused directly on BTC education in El Salvador called “My First Bitcoin” has just launched a crowdfunding campaign to continue making positive progress on its BTC education project in this country.

“My First Bitcoin” has reported that this educational program is being a huge success in all the educational centers in the country where it is being implemented. In fact, they have noted that their next steps will seek to expand the project throughout the rest of the territory of El Salvador.
Also, from their official Twitter account they have explained how more than 300 students have already obtained the “Bitcoin Diploma”.

In this way, as it is key to expand the scope of this project, this community has opted for crowdfunding through Tallycoin to obtain the necessary funds to complete the next step and continue moving towards the goal of continuing to educate an ever-growing sector of the Salvadoran population about BTC and cryptocurrencies.

Tallycoin is a platform designed for bitcoin crowdfunding, where donations go into a wallet that can be controlled by the organization. It stands out because its app works exclusively with BTC and because it offers zero transaction costs.

My First Bitcoin has been very active lately, trying to bring this project to the most remote places in El Salvador, as exemplified by the recent trip of this association to Usulután, one of the departments of El Salvador located in the south, near the coastal area, where the project visited 14 different municipalities of this Salvadoran department to train its young people in the crypto field.

This organization is characterized by having an educational approach to BTC that seeks to reach as many people as possible for free, its target group being middle or high school students, offering a structured study plan on bitcoin to high school students or the equivalent to high school in El Salvador.

Similarly, the association has stressed that they do not make distinctions and that they are willing to train all those users who are interested in Bitcoin, having for this purpose a program that will allow all students who complete it to have the title of “diploma in Bitcoin” as a complement to their formal studies.
Likewise, this project has recently published the study book for the diploma that they have implemented in the different secondary schools in El Salvador where they have been present. This book can be downloaded for free, provided that it can be used but not for commercial purposes, according to its type of usage license.
