New evidence from the Kleiman vs. Craig Wright case has been discovered on May 24. That further calls into question the reliability of the Australian Craig Wright. Now the lawyers of the Kleiman family will present new evidence that demonstrates the falsehood of the accused. Who was accused by Ira Kleiman of stealing funds and intellectual property from his deceased brother, Dave Kleiman.

It all started when a user on the Reddit network exposed irrefutable cryptographic evidence that refutes claims made by Wright of being Satoshi Nakamoto. In it message it can be seen that the 145 Bitcoin addresses, which Wright had claimed to be of his property, were mobilized by miners from the time of Satoshi. Which clearly demonstrated that the accused does not possess any of the keys associated with those addresses. Once again exposing a pyramid of lies and deceptions.

The message was especially directed at Wright, pointing out that he is a "liar and a fraud." It also makes it clear that Wright is not the one who owns the private keys that control those addresses.

It is important to remember that, in recent days, the judge had ordered Wright to present the private keys to the address list. Something he had to do before January 1 of this year. To which Wright stated under oath that those private keys were encrypted and protected in a fund to which he himself did not have access. This is due to a well-known cryptographic scheme that has received the name Tulip Trust, and of which there is no clear and incontrovertible evidence of its existence.

However, when the message signed with the 145 addresses on Wright's list was discovered, his evil intentions were once again revealed. Thanks to that the authenticity of this message can be confirmed. Which shows that if the user wrote the message, he also controls the private keys of those addresses. Just take the addresses, the digital signatures and verify their authenticity, each and every one of them is authentic.

Kleiman vs. Craig Wright, the Tulip Trust case

The controversial case known as Tulip Trust began in 2018 between the Kleiman family and Craig Wright. At the time Ira Kleiman's lawyers sued the self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto. Ira Kleiman is the brother of Wright's former and now deceased partner, Dave Kleiman.

Between 2009 and 2013, Dave Kleiman and Craig Wright had a partnership. in which it is presumed They accumulated a large amount of bitcoins that exceeds one million units, according to Dave's brother, Ira. Hence Ira filed the lawsuit accusing Wright of stealing about 500.000 bitcoins from his brother. A sum that today, with the current price of Bitcoin, represents an incredible and extravagant fortune.

However, in his defense Wright claims that, after allegedly creating Bitcoin in 2009, he established a fund known as Tulip Trust. Where Dave Kleiman had also agreed, since both would keep the private keys to those assets.

The Tulip Trust Lie

This trust would have the purpose of keeping in custody the bitcoins that they had mined together during the early years of the cryptocurrency. However, to date this is something that Wright cannot demonstrate with clear and conclusive evidence either. Well, he has not been able to present physical documents that demonstrate the existence of this trust. In addition, most of the documents and evidence shown regarding its existence show signs of forging and forgery.

Likewise, Wright, after his partner's death, claimed that the part of the private key under Dave Kleiman's power had been lost. So he could not have access to the bitcoins stored in this trust.

Something that led Ira Kleiman to sue Wright, for appropriating his deceased brother's funds and intellectual property. Since Ira alleges that the Kleiman family was not aware of Dave's involvement in the alleged development of blockchain. But with Wright's actions of wanting to patent ownership of this technology, excluding his brother from the supposed rights that he has as the author, it is considered theft of intellectual property.

Craig Wright's efforts to fool everyone

After Irá Kleiman established the lawsuit against Wright, the Florida Court imposed an order on the defendant to prove the existence and control over said trust. However, Wright claimed under oath that the trust no longer exists. And he was also unable to present evidence of the people who had supposedly formed this fund.

For his part, Wright also claimed that the funds were no longer in his possession and had been lost. Therefore, he could not comply with the sentence handed down by the judge. Although later in a defense he alleged that Ira had discovered the funds stored by Dave on an electronic device he owned. And that he had used them to acquire an asset that cost around $400.000. Then contradicting his version that the funds had been lost with Dave's death.

Likewise, with the recent events that occurred this week it is proven that Wright has been evading the truth. Claiming to have ownership of funds that he does not actually own, and that he has not been able to prove. Even more so by himself denying evidence that he has previously introduced in his favor in this case.

Wright has also been accused of giving false statements and falsifying documents. In addition to having no respect for the judicial system or American laws. Therefore, the legal representatives of the Kleiman family will introduce a new motion against Wright, in the trial that is scheduled for July 6 at 9:00 am.
