Tim Beiko, Ethereum's lead developer, pointed out that this new test network will be launched on Monday, March 17.
The Hooli release is being introduced to address configuration issues encountered with the Pectra update on the Sepolia and Holesky networks. Beiko clarified that if the update rollout on this network is successful, then Pectra will be activated on mainnet 30 days later, setting the date for late April or early May, approximately.
