ETHDenver is a free event organized by the Ethereum community that brings together the brightest minds in the crypto world, to discuss the potential of blockchain as a disruptive technology.

This year's edition will feature the presence of Vitalik Buterin, co-founder and developer of the Ethereum network, who will share his ideas, experiences and knowledge with the thousands of attendees at this event. What is ETHDenver 2022?

ETHDenver 2022 is a free community event where thousands of people can come together to contribute to the global Ethereum, blockchain, and cryptocurrency ecosystem. It is an innovation festival focused on developing and building Web3 organized by SporkDAO, The first DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) focused on community events.

The event is supported by major projects in the Ethereum ecosystem, such as Polygon, Balancer, Chainlink, Uniswap, 1inch Network, Rarible, and many others. Other blockchain protocols, such as Avalanche, Algorand, Celo, and Polkadot, and even companies like Huobi and Meta, are also supporting the event.

John Paller, founder of ETHDenver, said the goal of ETHDenver 2022 is to bring together the community of builders, developers, and creators to continue driving change through the adoption of the new digital world. He noted that ETHDenver is working closely with the state of Colorado and its governor Jared Polis to accelerate innovation.

ColoradoJam and ETHDenver

As explained on its website, Colorado-based blockchain and Web3 project incubator ColoradoJam will be one of the main tracks at this year's ETHDenver.

The blockchain incubator's projects will compete to create blockchain-based solutions. Winners will be rewarded with various cash prizes, the event notes. The blockchain solutions developed within these competitions are focused on solving pressing problems within different state agencies. Competition winners will also have the opportunity to participate in a pilot program with the State of Colorado.

With this, Jared Polis' innovative spirit aims to establish the state of Colorado as the national center for blockchain development in business and government, the governor said at last year's ETHDenver.
