El Salvador will be the first country in the world to build a Bitcoin city and Dubai, the first city to build a Bitcoin tower.
Real estate developer Salvatore Leggiero is working, together with renowned architect Simone Micheli, on an innovative project that will reflect the current importance of Bitcoin in society. This is Bitcoin Tower, the first Bitcoin tower in the world to be built in the city/emirate of Dubai, known for its impressive modern architecture and for being one of the most important financial centers globally.
The Bitcoin tower will form part of a new hotel chain which will be focused on the market-leading cryptocurrency and emerging technologies.
According to EIN Presswire, a press release distribution service, Leggiero highlighted that Dubai's Bitcoin tower will serve as the first hotel in the world to return part of the money spent to its guests.
Bitcoin Tower, a bridge between digital and physical real estate
The 40-story building will integrate blockchain technology, Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies to reward its users. One of the protagonists of the Bitcoin Tower will be non-fungible tokens (NFT). Leggiero explained that the building will reward its guests with NFT tokens which will serve to unlock exclusive access to several of its services.
In addition, hosting and renting at the Dubai Bitcoin tower will also be considered a form of staking with which users will be able to generate an APY in crypto.
On the other hand, the Bitcoin tower will have spaces for the development of conferences, events and talks focused on cryptocurrencies and blockchain to promote the development of new projects and innovations. Leggiero explained that the building will be a monument to Bitcoin which will represent the values that Satoshi Nakamoto has inherited from us with the creation of this cryptocurrency.
With this initiative, Dubai continues to consolidate itself as one of the main innovation centers for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, adopting a favorable regulatory approach for the growth of the crypto industry.
