Starting August 20, developers and those interested in learning about the functionality of blockchain technology will be able to participate in a free Hyperledger Fabric course, which will be aimed at the Spanish and Latin American public.
On their official website, Hyperledger reported to the Spanish and Latin American community about the start of an intensive and free course for all those interested and enthusiastic about technology blockchain. He "Blockchain Development Course"It will start on August 20 and will consist of a total of 11 virtual classes that will be taught through video calls using the Zoom application.
In the virtual classes, the lecturers and trainers will teach content ranging from basic and conceptual concepts to advanced topics for the development of blockchain networks. The contents of the classes include: smart contracts (smart contracts), wallet y Tokens Java, digital identity with PKI services with Hyperledger Fabric, distributed orderer with RAFT, implementation and use of metrics using HL Caliper, among others. Likewise, the course will also focus on addressing topics related to version 2.2 of Hyperledger Fabric.
For their part, although it is an open and free course, the organizers point out that participants must meet certain prerequisites for registration. For example, participants must have a basic knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain networks, as well as basic knowledge of the programming language JavaScript o Golang, knowledge about the command console Linux and basic training in PKI (public key infrastructure) and Docker. Regarding the latter, the organizers explain that participants will receive a leveling but that prior knowledge on these topics is desirable.
Similarly, the provision of a laptop or desktop computer with Ubuntu 1.8.x o 20 and excellent internet connection is a must.

A course aimed at developers, architects, software engineers and blockchain technology enthusiasts
Hyperledger Fabric highlights that the Blockchain Development Course It is aimed especially at senior developers, systems architects, software engineers, IT managers and anyone with a certain level of experience in programming and software development. Students of programming and computer science-related courses who are in the final semesters of their degree or who have recently graduated can also participate in this free course, although the organizers place special emphasis on those interested in participating checking whether they meet the prerequisites before registering.
Those people who do not have studies related to programming and software development, but who are entrepreneurs or enthusiasts with empirical knowledge in this regard, may also participate in the course.
All participants who complete and pass the course will receive a digital certification as blockchain developers. The certification will be issued by Hyperledger and Business Blockchain, a technology company based in Chile and Ecuador that provides business solutions based on the implementation and operation of technological models for companies and governments supported by Blockchain and DLT technologies.
