Chromia Learn is an education center that will train developers of decentralized applications or DApps in the Chromia ecosystem.
The objective of this educational center is to facilitate the development of DApps in the Chromia ecosystem, a first and second layer relational blockchain designed to offer solutions to the real world.
Through its blog, Chromia presented Chromia Learn as an initiative that will encourage the development of new decentralized applications in the real world.
To kick off developer training on Chromia, the center will focus on creating a Reviews DApp and a News DApp using the Rell programming language. The development of these two DApps is part of the first training courses that Chromia Learn will implement with the purpose of showing and teaching developers how to build decentralized applications using this programming language.
Empowering DApp developers in the real world
The Chromia Learn education center offers specialized content and resources to train developers in the Chromia ecosystem. Within this hub, developers will have access to guidance, tutorials and practical resources with which they can nurture their skills and access the right tools to build new and innovative DApps.
One of the most notable features of Chromia Learn is that it is aimed at all types of developers, from novices to the most experienced in blockchain technology.
Chromia also highlighted that the courses it will offer through its educational center take a holistic approach, starting with the basic concepts of Chromia design and moving on to more advanced topics, such as the Rell programming language and integration with the Metamask browser extension wallet.
“With Chromia Learn, we are turning our commitment into guidance, tutorials and practical resources that will foster innovation and expertise.”
As mentioned, Chromia Learn will start by training developers on creating a Reviews DApp and a News DApp. The first aims to offer a tool that allows any user to publish reviews, while the second seeks to build a decentralized application with a functioning similar to the social network X (formerly Twitter).
Chromia Learn joins Chromia's initiatives to strengthen its ecosystem, improve its attractiveness and empower modern society about the potential of blockchain technology.
Chromia launches its incubation program for 2024
In addition to introducing their Chromia Learn education center, the Chromia developers also announced their new incubation program 2024, in which startups, SMEs and companies wishing to explore Chromia's powerful blockchain ecosystem can participate.
Applications for this incubation program are now open for next year's cohort.
Through this incubation program, Chromia seeks to enhance its blockchain ecosystem, supporting and hosting projects and ideas that seek to provide innovative solutions to real-world problems.
Chromia's current ecosystem hosts decentralized applications targeting a wide range of use cases, ranging from gaming, such as My Neighbor Alice, to decentralized finance (DeFi), carbon credit and bond markets, land management, intellectual property, social networks and much more. Therefore, through the Incubation Program 2024, the blockchain seeks to continue expanding its ecosystem and reach.
DApp developers will be able to access resources and different educational tools through the Incubation Program 2024 to create new digital products from the concept phase to the production and launch phase.
This incubation program also offers its participants access to mentoring, seminars, courses and other digital materials that allow developers to consolidate and guarantee the success of their projects.
