Cardano experiences healthy growth
Analysts attribute the increase in the number of wallets created on Cardano to the organic and healthy growth that this blockchain ecosystem has experienced since it implemented the Alonzo update, which brought smart contracts to the mainnet last September.
EarnWithRk channel founder RK Gupta commented on Twitter that the network has added over 1 million new ADA wallets since December 24.
On the other hand, dcSpark CEO Nico Arqueros believes that new projects joining the Cardano ecosystem are bringing greater value and utility to the blockchain network and its cryptocurrency.
Likewise, Input Output (IOHK), the company that develops the Cardano network, had pointed out at the end of July that the arrival of new staking pools was driving the adoption of ADA and helping the network to grow significantly.
Despite the delays in the implementation of the Vasil update On the Cardano mainnet, its crypto community remains quite optimistic about the development and future of this blockchain.
Vasil is the next update that Cardano developers will implement on the network to optimize its scalability and performance, as well as introduce new improvements and features for its smart contracts.
Cardano currently has over 3.000 smart contracts and, in early June, set a new record by surpassing 1.000 projects in development on its blockchain network.
