Through Demeter, developers have access to tools such as Cardano-submit-API, Ogmios, Kupo, Hydra, Marlowe, Kuber, among others, simplifying their use and the deployment of new projects that contribute to innovation within the Cardano ecosystem.

As noted by the Cardano Foundation, connecting to multiple Cardano networks can make resource requirements prohibitive for some developers.
