From June 3 to 5, the Miami International Conference on Pop Culture will be held Bitcoin 2021, the largest Bitcoin event in history that will bring together the most recognized bitcoiners and cryptocurrency advocates, such as Michael Saylor, Jack Dorsay, Nick Szabo, Ron Paul, and many others.

According to the conference website, Bitcoin 2021 was postponed until June due to complications arising from the global spread of COVID-19, which also made it necessary to move from Los Angeles to Miami to continue the celebration this year.

Bitcoin returns to $35.000

At the time of this edition, the price of Bitcoin suffers its third drop in value, touching the $35.000 per unit. Its market capitalization is below $650.000 billion, almost 45% below its peak of $1,18 trillion, seen when Bitcoin reached a value of $64.800 per unit in mid-April. 

Much of Bitcoin's value drop is a result of the heavy restrictions China is imposing on the cryptocurrency and its mining activity. However, despite the sharp decline, several analysts, such as Willy Woo from GlassNode and  Cathi Wood, CEO of Ark Investment, believes that Bitcoin's long-term bullish rally remains intact, and that a price of $100.000 or more for the cryptocurrency is not out of the question this year.
