Bit2Me obtains triple Compliance certification, unique among all cryptocurrency exchanges

Bit2Me has just marked a historic milestone by obtaining three Compliance certifications, leading the cryptoasset sector in this regard worldwide and thus becoming the first company globally to obtain three essential Compliance certifications: Criminal Compliance, Anti-Bribery and Compliance Management SystemThese distinctions have been awarded by SKIP, a prestigious international certification, inspection and verification entity, highlighting Bit2Me as a leader in regulatory compliance within the field of cryptoassets, and with the consultancy of Gobercom.

Through these certifications, Bit2Me sets a precedent in the sector, underlining its dedication to transparency, the Business ethics and prevention of bad practices, which increases the confidence of customers, employees and partners.

Following a rigorous independent audit process, supervised and participated in by ENAC (National Accreditation Entity in Spain), Bit2Me has demonstrated its firm commitment to protecting and improving its reputation and credibility. 

The certifications establish a system of effective tools for the early detection and prevention of bad practices, minimizing criminal liability in legal disputes, and integrating compliance management with other good governance and social responsibility programs.

These certifications confirm that Bit2Me has implemented meticulous processes for the analysis and mitigation of the criminal risk associated with its services for the purchase, sale and custody of cryptoassets. They also reflect the commitment of all the company's employees, who have actively participated in an ongoing training campaign on Corporate Criminal Responsibility, and the fundamental role of the Criminal Compliance Committee in the promotion and application of internal Compliance regulations.
