Bit2Me continues with its M&A strategy and has acquired 100% of Dekalabs, the leading software development company in the cryptocurrency, Web3 and Blockchain sector in Spain.
Dekalabs will maintain its autonomy in this new stage and will continue developing projects as a software development studio for other companies. In addition, the company will be led by Sandra Garcia (currently COO of Dekalabs), while the company's previous CEO, David Ortega, will hold the position of Chairman of Dekalabs and director of innovation at Bit2Me.
