Bitcoin mining as a right
The new legislation passed in Arkansas recognizes the potential that cryptocurrency mining offers for the development and economic growth of the state.
Crypto analyst and founder of Satoshi Action Fund, Dennis Porter, has highlighted the economic value that cryptocurrency miners offer to American citizens and companies, by generating new sources of employment, encouraging the use of renewable energy sources and providing stability to electrical networks.

Therefore, the “Right to Mine Bitcoin” bill seeks to protect Bitcoin and other crypto miners from discriminatory electricity rates and additional taxes within the state.
As the cryptocurrency industry grows in the world, crypto mining has become an issue that has generated great controversy at the government level, which is why the non-profit organization Satoshi Action Fund is determined to support crypto miners, educating legislators and regulators about the advantages and benefits that this activity offers, in addition to attesting that the work of cryptominers can be carried out in a legal and respectful manner without affecting other sectors.
