📍Unstoppable Domains launches AI avatar generation tool to represent digital identity. One of the largest Web3 domain providers, Unstoppable Domains, has launched a tool that allows users to create profile images, such as avatars, generated by Artificial Intelligence.
On Twitter, developers at Unstoppable Domains reported that these AI avatars will help users build and represent their digital identities.
Users can generate 200 avatars with up to 10 different art styles with Unstoppable Domains' new tool, to choose the ones they prefer to represent their digital identities on the Web3.
These AI avatars are minted as NFT tokens on the Polygon Network blockchain solution.
Sky Mavis begins its commitment to Web3 games
📍Axie Infinity developer Sky Mavis plans to create new Web3 games. Vietnam-based blockchain gaming company is partnering with four game studios to create new projects targeting Web3 communities.
Trung Nguyen, co-founder and CEO of Sky Mavis, highlighted that the company is building its own digital gaming ecosystem.
So far, Sky Mavis has made significant strides towards entering Web3. Nguyen reported that the blockchain powering Axie Infinity, Ronin Network, is adopting the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus model to make its gaming ecosystem more open, participatory, and engaging.
The company is working with four game studios specialized in different areas, including Tribes Studio, in order to attract as many players as possible, both from Web2 and Web3.
Charles Hoskinson: The US is waging war on cryptocurrencies
📍Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson commented on Cooper & Kirk's letter to the US Congress. In this letter, entitled “Operation Choke Point 2.0: The Federal Bank Regulators Come For Crypto”, the Washington DC-based law firm, claims that the cryptocurrency industry is “undesirable” in the North American country.
The letter was addressed to the United States Congress, highlighting the illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional war that the country's regulators are currently waging against the crypto industry.
Speaking about the letter, Hoskinson said during a broadcast that it was the most detailed and comprehensive document he had seen so far on the US coordinated attack on cryptocurrencies.
Cryptocurrency adoption is growing in Argentina
📍The consulting firm Arigato Consulting points out that cryptocurrency rentals in Argentina have grown exponentially in the last year. Policies implemented by the country's government and high inflation are discouraging traditional property rentals and are giving rise to so-called "temporary rentals," which are mostly paid in cryptocurrencies, the Argentine consultancy firm said.
In a press release, Arigato Consulting highlighted that the situation of the real estate sector in Argentina is driving property owners and tenants to take out leases under this new modality, of “temporary rentals”, which can be paid in dollars and digital dollars through stablecoins.
