Bison Trails, one of the most recognized blockchain companies in the United States, will integrate a new service for the Flow blockchain, providing support for all types of nodes in this chain.
The new support of Bison Trails to blockchain de Flow will allow Bison customers to take advantage of all the features of the Flow blockchain, enabling a much more scalable platform for the development of games, applications and digital assets. Bison provide to a new architecture that guarantees support for the 5 types of nodes that the Flow blockchain contains. The nodes of this chain are specialized nodes that fulfill specific functions, for example compilation, execution, check, consent y access, since Flow uses a multi-role architecture instead of sharding or fragmentation.
For its part, the Flow chain, developed by the company Dapper labs, which in turn is responsible for the development of the famous CryptokittiesFlow is designed to efficiently address scalability issues present within protocols. Through Flow, game, app, and digital asset developers can enjoy a unique experience in developing their digital applications powered by blockchain technology. Flow seeks to become the foundation of the next-generation blockchain that guarantees greater speed and performance for digital application developers.

How important is Flow's integration into the Bison Trails blockchain?
First, the new integration will allow Bison Trails blockchain users on the Flow chain to participate in validating transactions associated with the Bison network. In addition to being able to split their stake equally between the different types of Flow nodes, users will also be able to receive better rewards for their interactions.
“By integrating Flow into the Bison Trails platform, users will have access to all five types of nodes and will be able to participate in both non-deterministic ('subjective') processes of Flow, such as determining the presence and order of transactions on the blockchain; and deterministic ('objective') processes, such as calculating the outcome of those ordered transactions once it has been determined.”
For his part, the Executive Director of Bison Trails, Joe Lallouz, stated that Flow's multi-function architecture, along with resource-oriented programming, developer ergonomics, and user onboarding, will be a “asset for the industry in general”. Lallouz also highlighted that Bison Trails has extensive experience with Flow, as its teams have worked together to develop various digital infrastructures and applications.
The company behind Flow, Dapper Labs, has developed other applications, such as its recently launched NBA Top Shot, a blockchain-based app backed by Bison Trails, which seeks to trade NBA player collectibles. To date, this new app is in beta for the community to develop tests on it, while Bison seeks to ensure better scalability and diffusion of the app.
About Bison Trails and Flow
Bison Trails is a digital platform that provides secure, decentralized node infrastructure for multiple blockchains. It is a technology platform that provides enterprise-grade security, multi-cloud distribution, and a 99,9% uptime guarantee. Bison is the only infrastructure provider that runs and offers all types of Flow nodes, giving its customers the flexibility to change the type of node they run, optimizing staking and rewards regardless of changing inflation rates across nodes.
Flow is a solution for blockchain scalability and decentralization, especially suited for the development of games, applications and digital assets. It aims to do what blockchains do: Bitcoin y Ethereum have been doing in finance, providing transparent and disruptive technology, but within the world of digital entertainment and gaming.
